- When staying 7 days or more the final cleaning will not be charged extra.
If you will stay less than 7 days and/or wish your apartment to be cleaned in the meantime an extra charge of € 30,- applies.
- All prices are per apartment and per day by an occupancy of 1-2 people.
- Further charges apply for the following:
Children up to the age of 6 are free,
Children up to the age of 12 € 10.- per day,
Teenagers from 12 years and adults € 15,- per day.
- The local tax of € 3,30- per person and day (from 14 years) will be charged separately.
- Please let us know in advance if you would like to bring your dog, a charge of € 10.- per day applies.
- If desired a single car garage for € 10.- per day is available.
Service and conditions
- We are open all year round
- Daily arrival and departure possible
- On the day of arrival the apartment will be ready from 2 pm
- On the day of departure you have to leave the apartment by 10 am
- The booking is compulsive once you have re-confirmed.
- Free WIFI - In-house WLAN connection included.
- Apartment equipment such as dishes, Sat-TV, radio, coffee machine, dishwasher and safe, as well as electricity, water, central heating and 10% tax are already included in the basic price.
- Laundry such as towels, bed linen and tea towels are usable and will be exchanged free of charge.

Terms of cancellation
- A free of charge cancellation is possible up to 60 days before the arranged arrival date.
- In case of cancellation from the 59th day up to 30 days before the arranged arrival date we charge a cancellation fee of 40 % of the arranged apartment price.
- In case of cancellation from the 29th day up to the 20th day before the arranged arrival date we charge a 60 % cancellation fee of the arranged apartment price.
- In case of cancellation up to 20 days before the arranged arrival date, in case of non-arrival, or delayed arrival or advanced departure we charge 100 % of the arranged apartment price. Cancellations are accepted with reciprocal confirmation.
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated.
